Mia Lashea, a proud native of Memphis, always had a dream of writing stories. Her passion for reading only intensified that desire. However, she never found the time to work on her writing journey until the onset of Covid-19, which allowed her to work from home. During that period, her relatively easy job meant she completed her tasks by noon each day. This newfound time led her to start writing, and by 2021, she had published not just one, but two books! Since then, she has teamed up with her high school classmate, Eboni Johnson, and together they have discovered the incredible synergy in their collaborative efforts, producing two more books together within 90 days.

Eboni already an author (F.A.B. Fake Ain't Beautiful) with her own publishing company (Extravagant Publications, LLC) while focusing more on the photography aspect. Eboni's passion has always been writing and in the year of 2024, the dream became a reality while partnering with Mia , J&H Publishing Firm became what it is today. Two books written together within 90 days of each other and more to come. "One mind is great, but two minds are better".
